How it works
1. Download AnyDesk
Use the button above. On Windows, the download starts right away; for other systems, use the second link.
2. Start AnyDesk
Open the downloaded file. No installation is needed; AnyDesk runs right away.
3. Share your ID
At the top left, AnyDesk shows your nine-digit ID. Read it out to me over the phone.
4. Accept the connection
AnyDesk asks whether to allow the connection. I can only see your screen once you click “Accept”.
Good to know
Remote support only takes place by arrangement, usually during a phone call. After the session, you can simply close or delete AnyDesk. Information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy (in German).
