Brief
The familiar Salon Well became Kammerer Hair. The site had to do two things at once: show regular customers that the place is still the same, and openly look for staff.
Implementation
- The change is named directly rather than talked around: familiar location, new name
- Job posting as a full section of its own instead of a footnote
- Appointment requests deliberately by phone, the way the salon actually works
Result
The website explains the name change at the existing location, gives recruiting a section of its own and guides visitors to request appointments by phone.
